@DiscGolfNetwork I am so fed up with this. It happens almost every time I use my Apple TV. I’ve logged out of everything. I’ve reset devices. It just doesn’t work consistently.

2021 continues to be a year of change. I left Rackspace after 8 years in June and started a new chapter working on social platform at @GoDaddy. #newbeginnings

Hey @crtr0. I have a couple friends working on a nonprofit to maximize not wasting Covid vaccines… Do you have a contact at Twilio still that might be able to help with credits for services? Cc @DustinSavery @CaineRaine p.s. hope you’re well

Today, I am directing every state to prioritize educators for vaccination. We want every educator, school staff member, and child-care worker to receive at least one shot by the end of this month. It’s time to treat in-person learning like the essential service that it is.

Three weeks ago, I announced we would have enough vaccine supply for all Americans by the end of July. Now, with our efforts to ramp up production, we will have enough vaccines for every American by the end of May.

For anyone debating between Slack and Teams, just buy Slack. It's not a debate. I have yet to find a single redeeming feature of Teams.

The one feature I've always felt I was missing from my work chat client was "Share to Outlook". How did I ever function without that?
Obviously some of the pwd requirements for the web are stupid, but I hate having to sign up for some new service, use my standard @1Password rand settings (32 chr, etc) and have it not "work" because of their requirements algo. Why not have a spec in markup 1Password can read?

After an hour long phone call with @purple, my order is now cancelled. Frustrating experience for sure.
When I posted this on Thurs, @purple replied almost immediately that they'd escalated to White Glove Support (for the 4th time...clearly they didn't even read the thread). I did hear from regular support yesterday, and... They still have no idea where the mattress is.
A thread on customer experience: On Black Friday, at the recommendation of a number of friends, and after a bunch of sleepless nights with our puppy adopting our bed, my wife and I splurged on a new top-of-the-line king size hybrid coil+gel mattress from @Purple 1/

When does @purple actually start caring? I don't know why I shouldn't just cancel at this point. 43 days. Nobody seems to know where it is. I guess I just need to accept it.
post script: I should add that I lost my cool a couple times with the folks at @purple as this escapade went on and I feel lousy about it. They are all good people with good intentions and didn't deserve my ire, but the process failed them, and that's what this thread was about.

I've never even touched a @purple bed. We bought it on recommendations. At this point I don't know if I should keep the bed (if it ever arrives). I just know this is the most awful experience interacting on something I've purchased probably in my entire adult life. 19/

Please, if you're in customer experience, consider what it takes to own a customer issue from start to finish, and give that customer a sense of satisfaction that you're going to solve the problem, not just move on to the next ticket. /end
