@charlesallen @MayorBowser Ms. Pursley @dcra refused to take an illegal construction complaint on 642 L St NE heating site with an OPEN FLAME when I refused to provide anything more than my full name (wanted email/phone). Why does DCRA require ANY info to investigate hazards?

Update: When I asked for the manager's name who refused to take the complaint and told them I intended to tweet my concern and her name they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then decided complaint would be accepted and escalated. The DCRA manual/process needs a hard look.

I would argue the better question is who does that make Stalin? I think Pompeo or Barr. Both have the willingness to punish those who stand against them.
