The real lesson here is not only to be careful what you say, but how you say it. He could have said "North Korean dictator," or "Russian dictator," anything else pretty much, and been fine in poking fun at himself, which is what he was doing. But nation states often lack nuance.

Negotiations between the Ukrainian delegation and Donald Trump's special envoys in Miami, as reported by Le Monde, escalated into a conflict.
