unpopular opinion: most founders hire a growth team way too early↓ 5 salaries. $30K a month. before they even know what works meanwhile 5 Claude agents can run the first version for $100: → Research finds what customers complain about, in their exact words → Content turns it into 7 drafts a week in your voice → Marketing reads your numbers and picks one test → Dev ships the landing page the same afternoon → Ops tells you every morning what you forgot agents draft. you decide don't take my word for it. open Claude, paste the first prompt and see how it works right now all 5 prompts are in the article ↓
A growth team costs ~$30K/month. I rebuilt it with 5 Claude agents for about $100. Inside: every prompt, the shared brain that connects them, and what it actually costs. Bookmark it before you build your own 👇

Monthly active platform consumers reached 215M in Q3 for Uber, up from 189M a year ago, and trips rose faster, to 4,061M from 3,512M. Usage is growing faster than the audience itself, which is the volume sitting underneath the 20% bookings growth. $UBER

Revenue tells you more when you look at the work behind it, and who is starting to use the infrastructure. In Q3, @turtledotxyz reported $1.04M in revenue across Turtle and Lunar Strategy, on a cash in basis and net of intercompany. The report identifies services and distribution as the sources. That matters because revenue is one of the few measures that reflects money changing hands for work delivered. It is evidence of commercial activity, not simply another product launch or roadmap milestone. But I think the more interesting signal sits alongside that number. The report names Hare and Lunar Strategy as the first two businesses outside Turtle running on its tools. Lunar Strategy uses the infrastructure to run client campaigns, while Turtle's distribution tools connect issuers, creators and audiences to vetted opportunities. Hare is another business operating on those rails. These details show two different sides of the same model. Services and distribution represent work being delivered today. Businesses using the tools show how that infrastructure can support operations beyond Turtle itself. The $1.04M is reported across Turtle and Lunar Strategy, not as revenue generated by Hare, so the distinction matters. There is a bigger market reason this matters. Tokenized assets excluding stablecoins stood at $46.1B on November 4. Creating tokenized assets is only one part of the equation. Those assets also need access to capital, distribution to depositors and ways to retain liquidity. That is the layer Turtle is trying to build. For me, the next important measure is whether more businesses can use these rails to run real workflows, serve customers and create repeatable commercial activity. That would say more about infrastructure adoption than another list of launches. Full Q3 update: xitter.gq/turtledotxyz/status/21…

McHenry's criticism is hard to argue with. The industry had a rare window for market structure legislation and infighting burned it. I'd rather see clarity than hold out for a perfect bill that never passes. #crypto #fintech
Retail doesn’t have to use Coinbase, other more highly regulated platforms will offer. Coinbase could have become a bank if it was that important to them. Seems selfish to me

THIS WEEK: 130 banks across Paraguay, Japan and France had a collapse, an outage or a hack. The scale of damage ranged from frozen bank cards to a fallen president: 1. 🇵🇾 Paraguay's ueno bank collapsed, cutting nearly 3 MILLION people off from their savings and costing President Santiago Peña his job. 2. 🇯🇵 A system failure knocked out ATMs and counters at 128 small Japanese banks for over 5 hours on Friday. 3. 🇫🇷 Hackers hit France's Crédit Mutuel Arkéa with fraudulent transactions, though the bank says customers won't lose any money. 4. 🇯🇵 Hackers stole the personal details of up to 320,118 loan customers from Japan's SMBC Consumer Finance, including driver's license numbers. 5. 🇧🇷 Hackers breached Brazil's FGC, the fund that repays savers when a bank fails, leaking names, tax IDs and emails. 6. 🇧🇷 Pix, the payment system most Brazilians use every day, went down for some users on Friday before a quick fix. Peña is now under house arrest and denies any wrongdoing. Paraguay has now started paying ueno customers back, with deposits insured up to about $37,000 each.

Telcoin Network: Genesis Launch There are moments when an industry changes forever. December 2, 2026, is the beginning of one. On this day, Telcoin Network will create its Genesis Block, Block 0, the first block in the history of the network. Where it all begins. The Genesis Block marks the birth of the Telcoin Network. It is the starting point upon which the entire blockchain is built. Every transaction and every new block traces back to this moment. This is where the Telcoin Network begins its history. Let's look at what is beginning here. For the first time, GSMA mobile network operators are coming together to secure a blockchain. GSMA mobile networks reach 7 billion subscribers across every country in the world. Think about the scale of that idea. A unified global blockchain, secured by the world's mobile operators, connecting every mobile device to a single shared ledger. The world's mobile networks were built to connect people. Now they are helping build a new way to move money around the world. Voice. SMS. Data. And now, money. Digital cash. A network powered by base:0x09be1692ca16e06f536f0038ff11d1da8524adb1 This is bigger than a first block. It marks a new beginning for telecommunications and global finance. Telcoin Network is where it starts. December 2, 2026. Block 0. The Telcoin Network begins. @telcoin @TelcoinTAO
Final preparations for Telcoin Network mainnet are underway. Launch is slated for December with the first set of validators.

I'd call the escalation risk line the weakest point here. Regional financial infrastructure kept processing licences and deploying capital straight through the conflict. Fundamentals didn't move, sentiment did. #fintech #MENA #UAE

Co-Founder & CTO, @RWA_xyz, @CharlieYouAI on why 24/7 perpetuals will force futures exchanges to evolve⁣ ⁣ "Everyone sort of operates on the open and closing of the CME right now."⁣ ⁣ "When things happen outside of those hours, this was really the only venue with some semblance of volumes that people were even paying attention to."⁣ ⁣ "I think that this is going to basically force the CME and all of the other futures exchanges to roll out their twenty four seven markets."⁣ ⁣ "More recently on things like crude oil, they withdrew from the CFTC for consideration one of those twenty four seven contracts. I think that they're going to have to greatly reconsider that because, clearly, there is a lot of appetite to trade it twenty four seven."⁣ ⁣ 🎙 Listen to the latest episode on Tokenizedpod(dot)com

Looking at a token only through its chart usually leaves the important questions unanswered. The Tokens section on @StonkwatcherSF organizes each StonkFun token into a few clear layers: score, holders, signals, clusters, and launches. Instead of one surface-level view, you get several angles on the same asset at once. That structure makes it easier to notice things that are easy to miss in the moment. Is the holder base concentrated? Are there linked clusters moving together? Do the signals line up with the launch activity? These are the kinds of details that shape whether a token is worth more time or better left alone. None of it guarantees an outcome. It just gives you clearer questions to ask before any real money is committed. In a space full of new launches, that extra layer of context is often what separates a quick look from a decision you later regret.
