Herein lies the challenge of SA.The response says nothing about why she wonโ€™t deliver.There is no questioning of her capabilities. It has to do with her personal circumstances.Service delivery is in crisis because people are chosen for reasons other than that required for the job

Dear Redi, there is a better way to ask a question to achieve what you want. Time and space and angle. That was amertuerish and he was pushing a narrative......he is embedded or trying to be famous as if he is brave. That was foolish and stupid. He could have done better from an objective angle with appreciation of sense of occassion. He will forever remain to be known for such stupidity.
