A member suggested we share this: an open letter to the big #OTAs: why not help B&Bs, guesthouses & small hotels through the #coronavirus crisis by cutting your commission rates? How about it, @bookingcom @ExpediaUK and others: who will offer first?

This is a very grave situation for our industry. Our role is to be a support network for our members, keep you informed, & fight your corner. We are in a meeting with Govt shortly & will advise members on any new Govt help available to B&Bs. Watch this space. Best wishes to all
