Why do I keep failing at getting funded or even getting a payout if I do pass my evals?
I know why... because in my brain I'm convinced that every trade HAS to be a homerun. When I say homerun, I have no problem making $300-$400 per day but that's not enough to me. I have to make $1k or more. I have to pass my eval in the MINIMUM amount of time that I can. If the prop firm says you must trade for 3 days at 40% consistency then I go in to figuring out what I "need" to make MAX per day and my brain keeps telling me I have to make that amount.
I need to reset my thought process when doing these evals/funded payouts. If it takes 4, 5 or 8 days to pass an eval so be it. If it takes 8, 9 or 10 days for a payout, so be it.
My brain is my biggest enemy.
