LF a number of valorant coaches to get involved with a new project we’re setting up that have reasonable availability over the next month (until end of august) if you’re a valorant coach looking to teach or lend your knowledge & get involved with a very exciting project my DMs are open! - short-term duration (only until the end of august) - unpaid!!! - opportunity to mould the next generation of top valorant talents - can be part of another team/org, you don’t have to be a f/a as long as you have the time for it & your team/org allows you to be involved with this short-term project - experience is preferred but skills & knowledge are what applicants will be judged on - english is required but we are also looking for 1 coach that speaks turkish - clear idea of how you want to play the game with an adaptive & flexible approach - leadership personalities & qualities will be important - patient & caring nature but isn’t a push over. we’re looking for people who can command a group of players but isn’t a super strict disciplinarian - passion for development & potential - focus on developing fundamentals & structure if this sounds like something you could be interested in please shoot me a DM. i don’t want to give too much away publicly about this project so if you’re at least curious i’d be willing to discuss it further in DMs. i’m very excited to announce what this will be for over the next few weeks. we’ve been working really hard on it so this is just the final pieces we’re putting together.
