15U players. You just came off your first year of JV or Varsity ball - the goal this season. Get better. Comfortable with the pace, the decision making, the physicality, the roles a game asks you for. Then go back stronger for your sophomore season. @PSBCharlotte 15U Elite Hairston highlights from The NC Opening in Greensboro! @ScoopGeezy @Coachmccarthy88 @TJCASports @OTRHoops @TaiYoungHoops

If you come off the bench you should have very clear objectives: Bring energy Be ready on the first play Excel at your role Don’t repeat same mistakes Take advantage of every opportunity Don’t disrupt the flow Set aside ego; play for your team Observe what’s needed & provide it
