AI is good. In fact, it’s amazing. But at its current stage, it should be used as an assistant, not a solve-all replacement without a human in the loop.
- Is your current workflow even worth automating?
- Is AI truly what your business needs right now?
- Does the value outweigh the cost?
- Do you need full adoption, or would partial adoption be smarter? - And most importantly, how streamlined should that partial adoption be?
Cost. Over-reliance on AI. And in some cases, adopting AI without fully understanding where it actually adds value. As with automation, you need to understand the tool's relevance to your business or workflow.
