🚨 JIMMIE ATHLETICS FALL FUNDRAISER 🚨 Today is an opportunity to directly impact the experience of our Jimmie student-athletes. And this year, there’s an added reason to give. We are incredibly grateful to partner with our local Knights of Columbus, who have stepped up to MATCH what we raise! That means your support can go twice as far for Jimmie Athletics. Whether it’s $10, $25, $100 or more — every gift matters. When Jimmie Nation comes together, we can make a BIG impact. Our student-athletes represent UJ in the classroom, in competition, and throughout our community. Today is our chance to invest back into them. PEOPLE FIRST. JIMMIES ALWAYS. Discipline isn't punishment. It's choosing what matters most over what feels good right now. It's showing up early. Doing the extra rep. Keeping your word. Being prepared. Holding the standard when nobody is watching. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what separates good from great. Do the little things right. Every single day. #Discipline #Leadership #DoHardThings #PeopleFirstJimmiesAlways

Move-in Day hits a little differently this year. For the first time in a long time, I'm watching from a different lens. Instead of welcoming players as their head coach, I get the privilege of welcoming every student-athlete to the Jimmie family as Athletic Director. The mission hasn't changed. It's still about people. It's still about relationships. And it's still about helping young people become the best version of themselves. Welcome home, Jimmies. Let's make it a great year. #PeopleFirstJimmiesAlways #GoJimmies
