While I'm at it: This change is one of the worst. It slipped under the radar. In 2025, Shadow's Sonic Channel bio dropped the line about him having "purity so extreme it is dangerous" and replaced it with "his cold nature". Shadow's drive is no longer due to purity but coldness. This is also a change made by the "lore team". #SonictheHedgehog #ShadowtheHedgehog

Sega of America even managed to piss off the Japanese fans this time. This is such an awful decision - removing Amy's love for Sonic entirely. Nothing was wrong with it.
