In December, I’ve lost 29 lbs. I’ve also discontinued all diabetic meds & my glucose readings are WNL. This has been a major goal. 🙌🏻 Here’s to smashing more goals in 2024!

Christmas looks a little different for me this year as I recover from major surgery. However, I’ll be better & stronger in 2024. I pray all of you are enjoying time with family & friends today. Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️
I made it through surgery and am happy to say that I’m home in time for Christmas. Praise God! I’m extremely thankful for my amazing doctor and incredible team of nursing staff at WakeMed Cary who took excellent care of me. I will forever sing their praises.
