Good Health information
Could what you're eating be affecting more than your physical health?
Dr. Russell Blaylock helped popularize the concept of excitotoxins—substances that can overstimulate nerve cells to the point of damage.
But what do everyday foods and environmental toxins have to do with this?
It comes down to a perfect storm involving the gut-brain connection.
➡️ Heavy metals (like mercury or lead) can paralyze the body’s ability to clear out excess neurotransmitters.
➡️ Certain food additives, gluten, and processed dairy can overload the system with free glutamate.
Together, these factors can trigger neuroinflammation, directly affecting mood, focus, and cognitive health.
Researchers are exploring how these pathways may relate to conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.
God designed our gut and brain to work together, and what we put into our bodies matters.
In this episode, @stacycase_ and I dive into the hidden dangers of heavy metal exposure, its impact on brain health, and practical ways to support your body's natural detoxification processes through nutrition.

2 stragglers from the Dinnertime parade. The other 13 are behind my neighbor's house eating the corn he puts out for them. They'll probably stop to nibble on my grass for dessert on the way back to the Wood.
I was behind this a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. Seeing the participation was great. If you are a Biker..FYI

I have Proverbs as mine and it really adds up for them!
Oh fabulous. I have a 10am appt in town..ugh
Latest 00z run of the HRRR shows more of the same thinking. Mainly a heavy rain event with a low potential for damaging straight-line winds, and an even lower chance of a spin-up tornado. Regardless, have a way to wake up in case a warning is issued for you. Still think our main timeframe for severe weather is after sunrise thru lunch-ish, morning rush hour will probably not be fun - allow yourself some extra time.

I should have stopped to Vote on my way home from appt this morning. Now I have to interrupt what I'm doing to run down and do it.
It's important so, I'll be heading back out soon. Glad it's very very close!

David Faith has come a long way. This handsome boy spent his days living in a muddy pen without adequate shelter and came to us heartworm positive. Thankfully, he has completed his heartworm treatment and is now healthy and ready to find his forever home!

That is the 64-million dollar question. And wethepeople want answers. Why are these activist judges still free to subvert the will of the American people? And what are those in power willing to do about it? The American people see through these tactics at this point. We know how they project their actions onto their adversary. They have been doing this for years now. Remember the sham Ukraine impeachment? Russia collusion? Everything they accused Trump of doing, they were actually the ones doing that very thing.
Well of course the 90lb lunatic HAS to cold nose poke me in the face while I'm sound asleep to go out in the cold rain at 12:45am...
