25 Sept. 1939, 83 years ago today – a tragic day in Polish history. On “Black Monday” over 400 Luftwaffe bombers caused hell on earth, setting the Polish capital on fire. Warsaw was the first to witness the “terror bombing”, which in Sept. 1939 claimed the lives of 20,000 people.
