Pac definitely wasn’t bigger than Snoop until 96, especially as a rapper. 93 was ALLLL about Snoop, and even 94 still felt the effect. By 95, both were in jail, but Pac had major singles. And even then, Pac wasn’t the biggest/hottest in the way Snoop was. Biggie was bigger in 95.
