Haven’t hard shilled a coin in a while. I’m most excited about Shiitake ( $shiit ) from @liltechnomancer right now.
It’s a novel, customizable workspace for ai agents that gives them access to their own pcs to work on. Think of it as ai assistant, cloud development and an app platform all in one.
I’m very impressed with the work Levi has put in on both the tek and branding sides. Looking forward to seeing how this product develops and evolves over the coming months.

Hey guys it’s me, Alons intern again! I wanted to clear the air yet again!
We have an active RICO case right now that explicitly outlines our predatory practices with our fees!
We were able to beat the securities charge because our coins hold no actual value and we haven’t said they do. So when we rug you like we did solana:CSocnzcRpgSCr1naKcNTieWZUxb6rABe45j844m7pump, you’re responsible for your losses (get rekt lol).
But when it comes to the predatory fees that we started with pump swap, that’s a completely different story. As of right now, if these 2 RICO charges stick, we will have to pay you guys back triple on what you lost on fees..
So this is our game plan right now.
We already did phase 1, which was bring on retail and rug as many people as we possibly can with solana:CSocnzcRpgSCr1naKcNTieWZUxb6rABe45j844m7pump. It worked so well we did it twice!
The money we got from both those coins should be enough to pay a lot of the fines for the RICO charges!
Which brings us to phase 2 -
We are having our KOLs extract as much money as they possibly can from charts in the squad tournament so they can win. If another squad gets to first place we will send them to the bottom of the leaderboard!
The winners will be forced to KYC to claim the prize pool and reveal their identities. We will expose them in court because their identities are currently anonymous. So when we provide the DA with their info we will receive lighter sentencing (and hopefully less fines too!).
It’s a simple two step plan that grantees we will keep our hundreds of millions, save our asses and do our favorite thing- SCREW EVERYONE OVER!!
Anyways, keep playing!

Before PumpSwap, graduated coins migrated to a Raydium V4 pool
Here's what a trade on a $100M+ coin costs in each:
Raydium V4 (old setup): 0.25% total
- 0.22% LP
- 0.03% to raydium
- 0% to pump
- 0% to holders/creators
PumpSwap (now): 0.3% total
- 0.20% LP
- 0.05% to pump
- 0.05% to holders/creators
Note: Holder Rewards/Creator Fees are the main difference, and were introduced far later than PumpSwap itself. These fees are higher at lower market caps and reduce as market caps increase based on the fact that high fee tokens are far less attractive to whales who speculate on higher market cap tokens
It was VERY important for Pumpfun to keep the fee UX as close to the OG as possible, as that's what the end user was used to and enjoyed.
The only difference is Holder Rewards/Creator Fees (which reward people for holding a token or the creator of the token) alongside an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.
This did not "kill the runners."
So, the LPs are essentially the same, with the main difference being the rewards fee and an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.

it’s just one PR disaster after another for pump fun. millions of dollars more given away to their handful of selected rapists on top of what they’ve already given them in callout rewards. insane really
pumpfun's $2.5M Squad competition has one rule they're adement on: no wallet can hold more than 5% of a coin.
i checked all 20 members of DABAL, the squad pumpfun promoted itself and is now #1 on the board.
7 of them broke the 5% rule. 🧵

btw in case you've never bothered to even look at their documentation, here is a full chart, using the figures directly taken from @Pumpfun 's fee documents, which shows just how much they are making on the bonding curve Vs graduation.
a coin being traded on the bonding curve is generating some 19x more revenue for the protocol than anything post bond.
as coins trade up to a roughly 10m mc valuation (based on current rough prices of sol at around 100 dollars), the only thing still decreasing in fees paid is money to the creators.
this additionally creates even less incentives for communities to build as they get bigger.
so in totality, if you didn't know, pumpfuns fee structure, as a revenue driving element, is 19x more efficient pre-bond, and coins that graduate off the bonding curve are 19x less appealing to pumpfun as a business, with creators of community based coins earning progressively less from fees as their coin trades higher, whilst pumpfun earn a flat LP fee of 0.2% no matter how high the coin trades.

if you're a small minded thinker, sure
alternatively you could see the real world results of compressing an ecosystem to the extent that no one wants to play in it anymore
people do not show up to play games they don't have a chance at winning.

FUNNIEST THING EVER
Pumpfun replying to my chart with AI slop and forgot to remove part of the chat that says they ARE MORE EXTRACTIVE
"But my version of the graphic alone does not address the underlying claim that Pumpswap is far more extractive"
Saved the sceenshot here before got deleted

I’ve noticed our pnl has not been restored yet. Let’s go over the facts as they stand.
Your T&C that is actually in your app for this exact tournament is apparently outdated and evm coins are actually allowed. So you’re running a multi million dollar tournament but don’t have proper terms on your amazing app so that’s not why our pnl was removed.
Our pnl was removed because you decided it was a bundle. None of the following happened:
1) you didn’t go to the standard reserve site and look at the launchpad for 2 minute otherwise you would have seen those coins were air dropped to 867 bank charter holders
2) have anyone who works at pump fun who can read an evm smart contract
3) have alon dm me and say hey is this bundled what’s going on here and I would have explained the mechanism.
Instead the moment we hit top on the leaderboard our pnl was removed.
Which is interesting because your T&C talk about manipulation of coins. Yet you decided to remove our pnl when the coin started running which negatively impacted the coin. You manipulated your own tournament.
So let’s get to the real issue. It’s the name of the coin isn’t it. The coin is called fuck pumpfun. And a ragtag group of 3 friends not on your payroll were sitting at the top of the leaderboard so anyone who clicked to see what coins we were holding would see a singular coin called fuck pumpfun.
That’s why you removed our pnl isn’t it?
That’s why it hasn’t been restored isn’t it?
It’s bad PR. Now I could argue that kimchi faking a hack and posting a farm link that alon retweeted is much worse PR but what do I know.
Free fpump. Restore our pnl.
Fuck pumpfun.

The 0.5.0 release of fungi just went out.
It includes:
Prints (making your anime)
- Each model's real prompt limit is shown, and Generate turns off when you're over it.
- Saved styles (like your golden prompt) are added to every generation.
- Several reference images per model, up to that model's limit.
- Saved Characters: type @name to add one to your prompt.
- Open any print to see how it was made, then Reuse, Remix or Animate it.
- Widescreen sizes: 16:9 and 21:9.
- For video: pick a first frame and a last frame, plus audio where the model supports it.
- The simpler composer you approved.
TUI
- Every pop-up window has been redesigned.
- A new approval card with "Deny and say why".
Fixes
- Goals no longer stall while sub-agents work.
- Upgrades just work. The first run after an upgrade stops the old service, sets aside data the new version can't read, and tells you what changed.
- Grove now says "model didn't respond" and offers Retry.
Oyster
- The AI Gateway needs no setup.
- Flux 2 images and image-to-video now work through it.
- Security fix: keys you gave to other people could read and prompt your agents (versions 0.3.2 to 0.4.1, only if you'd made such keys).
Two changelog warnings for users
- Keys given to other people now need permission for each agent.
- Prints images made before 0.5.0 lose their Image info.

just so we can clarify what is going on here with @Pumpfun
if their affiliated KOLs (all of whom are in a single pf squad who are currently in top 3 spot in their squad competition) bundle a coin, and all sell for thousands of dollars of profit, sending the coin crashing from 400k to 30k, that is considered acceptable within your terms and conditions
but when another squad, not full of your paid KOLs, make money on a coin 'bundled' on robinhood chain, you void the entire trade based on it being on EVM, before retracting this as a violation of ts and cs, pivot it to bundling being the violation, and sending them to the bottom of the leaderboard?
seems like a flagrant double standard and preferential treatment for your paid employees in a trading competition.
