🎉 Great news! Declawing, debarking, & ear cropping are finally BANNED in Ontario! Countless cats & dogs will be spared from painful, unnecessary cosmetic surgeries 🐱🐶
Let’s add tail docking, too: bit.ly/4vEsaCt

This #MothersDay, remember the mother dogs trapped in puppy mills—caged, neglected, & bred until their bodies give out 💔
Puppies are often taken from their moms after only a few weeks of age, which causes distress to both mother dogs & puppies 🐶 #AdoptDontShop

🐶✨ Happy #NationalPuppyDay! Every puppy deserves a loving home—but buying from breeders or pet stores fuels an industry that treats animals like commodities. Meanwhile, countless puppies in shelters are waiting for their furever families 💙 #AdoptDontShop!

🐍 The 2025 Lunar New Year celebrates the #YearOfTheSnake, but snakes in the exotic pet trade suffer immensely. Whether wild-caught or captive-bred, their needs can never truly be met. Snakes belong in the wild, NOT as pets 💔

It’s upsetting when a pet cat doesn’t come home or when a bird is wounded by a cat. TWC is launching an educational campaign to challenge the perspective that it’s okay to let cats, unlike other pets, roam freely. Please #KeepCatsAndWildlifeSafe, because the lives of both matter.

There’s no excuse for leaving your dog in a hot car.
With the temperature soaring to the 30s this week, it’s even more dangerous to leave a pet alone in a vehicle.
Keep pets safe at home and share this post!
