Silverado Pool is having a heater issue. Pool closed, no practice tonight at 7:00pm or 5:30am tomorrow. Will keep you posted as we know more.

1st practice as a team in a year. All slots filled, 4 lanes, 12 swimmers. Everyone is sore but had an amazing time. Nothing better than seeing your long-lost friends. The next practice is Wednesday one slot left.

At the Grunions virtual Award Ceremony, Team Captain Liz awarded Speedo the Team Gear Supporter for 2020. Speedo and Erin Garriepy (our contact at Speedo) have supported our LBGT team with amazing pride gear throughout the year. Thank you t for supporting our community.

Grunions hosted their annual Award Ceremony on Jan 30th. While there may have been fewer competitions to attend, the Grunions took full advantage of swims Grunions achieved numerous awards and even some fun shelter in place awards. While it was a ceremony, it was lots of fun.

Nice Job Grunions for your USMS 2018, 2019 Top Ten individual and relays swims. I will be handing these out to those swimmers at practice.

We have heard you "I want to swim more with the team" Well we have added Friday night workouts. Starting Friday, August 30th, from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Belmont in the small pool. The fantastic "Dean - the Machine" will be your coach for the night.
