Wow is there ever a lot of revisionist Bo Horvat history going on. His only playoff success here was in the bubble, he's never won a series with the Islanders, and JT Miller's 103 pt season is being conveniently forgotten. That said, nice goal, Bo's having a very good season.
Seahawks did allow 13 pts. but still one of the most stellar defensive performances you could want to see.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of former Red Sox outfielder Mike Greenwell.
Greenwell debuted with Boston in 1985 and spent his entire 12-year career with the Red Sox. He helped lead Boston to the Postseason four times and made the American League All-Star team twice (1988-89).
A lifetime .303 hitter, Greenwell’s finest season was 1988, when he batted .325 with a .946 OPS. His 22 home runs and 119 RBI were both career highs. Greenwell finished 2nd in AL MVP voting and helped lead the Red Sox to the AL East Division title.
He was 62 years old.

Terrible defending by VAN on that last goal. Middle of ice wide open. But 4 goals on 10 shots against Arturs Silovs, who began the game at .857. At some point, a goalie becomes simply unplayable.
It's too bad, Silovs did a helluva job for them in last year's playoffs, but it's a what have you done lately world, and as of November/24 he doesn't seem to be an NHL goalie right now. No sugar coating, yeah not playing great in front of him, but he's NGE not good enough lately.
This isn't 1965 in the 6 team league. You can't carry only one goalie and have him play all the time.

Trade Silvos when Demko comes back. He had a nice story last year but his magic is gone.

One thing to do is immediately tune out any Demko "updates" They are fundamentally useless, complete waste of time. When we see him in there, that will mean something.

Sportstalk is joining the friendly (aka: non Musk) Bluesky movement. It’s so far very refreshing. If you’re also there please follow me….(I may even offer the traditional ST Canucks 20 game assessment!) #PleasantGoodEvening
