iOS 27 不知道从哪个版本开始，Spotlight 搜索展示第三方 App 的结果无法单独关闭了，如果不想在搜索里显示，只能在 Siri 里面排除这个 App，这样也就没有了 Siri AI 对这个 App 的上下文权限，很烦。
比如我不想在 Spotlight 搜索显示照片结果，一旦排除了照片 App，主动问 Siri 也访问不到了
