/ okay. So.
I'm not subscribing to the "this is jon" bs for this portrayal. Here's how my portrayal is going to change:
he's a clone of the original jon. Jon died sometime after Clark and Lois's deaths, and lex cloned him to make another super to help them take down +

I was completely fine with maws being an elseworld where things are different for two full seasons. Ask anyone and they'll tell you I'm obsessed with this show.
But kon-el has been shafted by Jon for YEARS now in main Canon. It's not just an elseworld that's doing it.

/ fuck this fuck this fuck this fuck you all maws writers. I can accept a lot of the changes you've made for the show but kon-el has been getting shafted for Jon for fucking YEARS. WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU MAKE HIM LOOK LIKE OG KON AND MAKE HIM JON.

Young Clark being so upset at Lex’s alien detector device had made Lex feel so worthless, and worse of all it was accurate detecting Clark as an alien but Clark can’t tell the truth and tell Lex the machine worked. He was so resentful he threw the device into space… I’m so sad.

Jake Wyatt confirms Lex Luthor will be a big part of the story in My Adventures with Superman Season 3
"The future is coming always for all of us, no matter what. Whether you face that with fear or hope or courage, and how, it determines a lot about you, Lex is all fear all the time. He's the character who most embodies that concept in the season, and he's driving it —the action thread, anyway."

New description for My Adventures with Superman Season 3
"Clark is ready to settle down and build a future with Lois, who's worried about losing her star reporter status at The Daily Planet if they do so. Meanwhile, Kara, modeling herself after her Kryptonian cousin, is now on the hunt for an Earth mate and has her sights set on Jimmy, who's now a celebrity journalist after proving aliens exist. It's at this period of change and self-discovery that the other Supermen arrive".
