Happy Sunday folks and Happy November. On filter, brewing this beautiful coffee from Julith coffee roasters. It's literally lychee juice. I thought it's a co-ferment but it doesn't mention. On espresso, I am drinking this nutty/floral coffee from grandmother coffee. Cheers

A little difficult to write this, but here goes.
Things haven't been great financially for me lately. And honestly, with Diwali and the festive season around, it feels a little harder than usual.
I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm trying to find a way forward,

There are two types of people who regularly show up on my Instagram:
A. People who’ve just finished a half marathon or HYROX and are now giving gyaan on Zone 2, discipline, recovery, magnesium, creatine and intervals.
B. People who’ve just bought a De’Longhi espresso machine or an AeroPress and are now giving gyaan on coffee brewing, water, grind size, puck prep and varietals.
I genuinely feel bad for the actual experts who’ve spent decades studying, training and working in these fields to build the knowledge and experience they share.
Apparently, one purchase or one race is all it takes to become an expert these days.
Some progress after 6 months, uploaded my hevy data. Need to add new exercises like plyometrics and hamstrings specific exercises:

I may be wrong but after an age you need to have absolute financial and mental security to become a successful founder. Absolute risk only work in your 20s.
Absolutely loving flat-bottom brewers like the Orea and Kalita! They’re much more forgiving and make it easier to avoid a bad cup. They’re also highly adjustable, allowing you to bring out those fruity and floral notes while experimenting with light or heavy body. I usually go coarser with my grind size when brewing with these two.
Happy Sunday Folks! Drinking this beautiful Burundi washed from look alive coffee roasters. It tastes like caramel and peanut butter. Peanut is way too prominent with a very silky caramel finish. On espresso, drinking salawara estate anaerobic naturals from QBF. Cheers!
Bangalore needs more places like Humming Tree. Attended the 90s hip hop vinyl listening session. What a feeling to listen to NY state of mind on Vinyl. :)

IG is hands down the best way to discover new music, every new band or album recommendation that I see on a reel I save it under the " music " collection.
Happy Sunday folks. Drinking this beautiful coffee on filter from Orb coffee roasters, South Korea. It's lychee juice in a cup. On espresso, drinking this funky and clean, Julith blend. Cheers!

My secret sauce for anyone building, growing, or scaling anything:
Get physically fit.
People talk about courses, podcasts, AI tools, skills, books, mentors, and playbooks.
Very few people talk about what happens when you sleep well, train consistently, eat properly, and feel good in your body.
I started running every day 5 years ago, and at some point it became addictive.
Your brain just lights up differently.
You begin to think differently about discipline, about work, about people, and about what you are actually capable of doing.
