Work hard ≠ success Many #tech professionals believe that simply by working harder that success will follow, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. To be successful you need to “work smarter”, but what does it mean for someone working in an #MSP?

Hey @paulajamieson, sounds like you need to tell Ben to sign up using your refer a friend code. You can get the refer a friend code inside the Lightwire portal and if Ben successfully signs up you'll get 3 months free 😉

Hopefully, that gives you an idea of what you can expect as far as installs go during this unusual period, but if you have any questions, please call us on 0800 12 13 14.
This will ensure the customer is connected and able to use the internet. Once we go to level 2, the installer will come back to complete the cable run in our standard professional and tidy manner.

The technicians won't be entering properties at any stage. Instead, they will install the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) on the roof as usual and temporarily run the cable from the CPE to the router via a window or other opening.

During level 3, all installs are contactless as safety is the #1 priority. The technicians won't be entering properties at any stage.

Hey Scott, sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. I will send you an email shortly to sort this out.
We have extended our standard unlimited off-peak period to run to 5 pm each day from midnight tonight. We will review this again on Friday as we learn whether level 4 lockdown will be extended. For more detail, please visit our blog: lightwire.co.nz/blog/covid-1…

Hi @LINCARD1000, we can't see any issues on our end with the Te Miro tower. Could you please give our team a ring on 0800 12 13 14 so we can pinpoint and solve the problem?
Looks like those horses weren't being very neigh-bourly! In all seriousness, the network issues which occurred over the weekend are now resolved. We had technicians address a fault at the upstream this morning.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to respond to our 2021 rural survey. The survey helps us assess what you need, how we are meeting those requirements, and what we need to be prioritising over the coming months. Here’s what we’ve learned: swiy.io/42us
