Lost two hours trying to find a dress online that will ship express, can be worn both casual and to a restaurant, and won’t make me look like a hobbit when I wear it with hiking boots. Needless to say, I haven’t been successful.
Will be seeing covert narcissist parent in a few weeks a hoo boy, I am flailing about trying to prepare while simultaneously knowing that it doesn’t matter how prepared I am, there will be *something*.
In the meantime, I’ll be over here attempting to quickly lose some weight, get my hair done, find clothing that will meet the unspoken expectations.

Waited an hour and a half for my crew to get up & get dressed. It’s nearly 10am. I gave up and took myself out for breakfast instead.
