それから約10年。。。 IT長者が所有するアカウントに溢れるクレーム。お行儀の良い自動風の対応。 あまりにも早い堕落と変化。 いま、日本の100年老舗企業の凄さに気づく。

私がNYのダンボのオフィスを訪ねた約10年前は、ITスタッフが100人位いて、カスタマーサポートスタッフもそれなりにいて。 おしゃれなオフィスで無料風のランチエリアがあって。 全てがキラキラしていた。 あっ、これがアメリカのいけてる(笑) 最先端会社か、とワクワクした。

久々に @Etsy のアカウント見てみたら、急に何の連絡もなくアカウント停止された、どうなってんだ！というクレームで溢れててびっくりした。 そもそもEtsy経由の最近スパムと思われるメッセージが増えていた。

Can’t believe one of the biggest “global” company can’t accept it and changed their rule without clear information before. Replying is always automatic texts and repeat same things. What’s going on @Etsy We have so many lovely customers there.
