$SPCX started trading on June 12.
Capital was needed to participate, so tech selling started earlier, some of which were Traders front running
We are in a tighter liquidity environment now, and the Anthropic IPO is slated for week of November 16th.
I guess QQQ bottoming next Friday and there is a shakedown on the IPO price, say $1.25T
Mike Wilson told you as much over the weekend

AI is almost certainly not over. It’s barely begun. The stock market just got a little ahead of its skis bc all the return chasing tourists came in and put on way too much leverage. And then incomes a shock, kinda doesn’t matter what it is, AI ROI, midterms, sunspot, and boom. We’ll be back.

The governor-elect of Texas, Gina Hinojosa, has explicitly said that all currently permitted datacenters in Texas will be allowed to finish construction. This essentially covers all of the 2027 and likely well into 2028.
She is going to pass laws that ensure that all *newly* permitted datacenters going forward for delivery in 2028/2029 will pay taxes, commit to no increase in power prices for consumers, don’t impact water availability for people, be constructed with union labor and give “Texans a seat at the table.”
Sounds reasonable. She doesn’t want to lose a lot of good blue collar jobs and property taxes for small towns in rural Texas.
Datacenter commentary starts at 6:30 in this interview.
Also attaching her official campaign position from her website in the next post.
Sidenote: After watching a bunch of her speeches and interviews, I do think she is a political talent and probably has a future in national politics.

If there is one macro data point to watch it is the average annual growth rate of productivity over the entire cycle.
It barely changes month to month: it was 2.17% through Q2, with today's data it rose to 2.22% through Q3.
It matters more than anything else.
It is shocking to me how I continue to be surprised to be surprised how easily manipulated the CA voters are.
Below is one of the funniest posts yesterday
This is Gary Michelson.
Spent around $72 million to get prop 38 on the ballot.
Now a non-profit he controls will get $4.2 billion from taxpayers.
The prop also includes statutory exemption for his non profit from public sector transparency and ethics laws.
Generational grift. Ballot props are a bad idea.

It is almost like the people who will fund the San Francisco public bank and the people who will benefit from it have different perspectives.
it’s so crazy that so many democratic candidates sound like they're doing an obama impression.
i.e. they all have that familiar cadence, the dramatic pauses that obama uses, & of course that very sermon like delivery.
it’s like if they were an ai model trained on all of obama’s content.
