Representing during my morning wellness walk with my faithful companion. Great time for me to get thoughts in order and prepare for the day. #citrixlife #MindfulMondays #wellbeing #gardenofengland #Kent

I mean #Handel, he’s ok. A bit baroque though. However he was definitely touched by genius when he wrote Sarabande. 😌🎶
Yesterday, my 8yo cycling champ son Henry, completed a 43 (FORTY THREE) mile bike ride in aid of @UKScouting and the #raceroundtheworld challenge bringing his total mileage to 110 so far. Go Team Cubs! @SteveBackshall @Helenglovergb @BearGrylls @matthyde 🚴💨
Another 24 miles under the belt for Henry in aid of @UKScouting and Team Cubs for the #RaceRoundTheWorld challenge. Misty start but lovely by the end. 🚴 💨💪🙏🏼
Still pushing... Nothing stopping this little champ helping Team Cubs to the finishing line in #RaceRoundTheWorld @UKScouting challenge! Good way to see the countryside too!
#Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto is such a brilliant and passionate piece. Typical of the great man to put so much emotion into his music. Listening to @janineviolinist and @Mahler_Chamber recording which IMO has the right amount of passion to do it justice 🎻 🎶
Tonight’s #StephenSuggests is another #Yorkshire classic (just like @clareleighton!) @TimothyTaylors Landlord! A lovely session ale brought to my attention many moons ago during my rowing days! 🚣🍻 Like all beer, not to be consumed singularly
Tonight’s #StephenSuggests is a classic straight from Yorkshire! (Much like @Yorkie71 😉) @Theakston1827’s Old Peculier, a smashing drop from the epicentre of Yorkshire beer, Masham!
