Mini rant - when did it become impossible to call into a service dept - whether it be insurance, mortgage company, or other CS - & have CSR you speak to research your question without putting you on hold? When did CSRs lose the ability to search & talk to customer at same time.
It used to be that you would call into a service hub, have the csr say things like 'bear with me while I bring up your account', 'I'm just waiting for that screen to come up', or, better yet, ask you 'how is your day going?' while they review your inquiry. Hold is uncomforable.
Another great episode of @thetvpolice. Thank you @OYeoman, @AmandaERighetti, and @Tim__Kang for #TheMentalist memories. youtube.com/watch?v=U-A-PKSa…

I was a big fan of
@Rick_Devens on @Survivor_cbs & am thrilled he won @CBSBigBrother. I think how nice a guy he is wrecked his Survivor game, but made him a BB Legend. #BigBrother #Devens
