When a truck breaks down on the highway especially at night, it should be removed immediately. Lives are far more precious than anything.

A while ago,@KeNHAKenya and @KURAroads used to baptize our highways with loose chippings especially Thika Road and Southern bypass. Now Thika road is barely marked and is slippery when wet. Wonder what changed or that loophole was closed.
Even then , fuel levy is adequate to ensure our roads have the required grip.

The traffic police can easily control the situation by ensuring that motorists do not overlap.
