After consulting for over 900+ home service businesses in the last 24 months I’ve put together a quick 30 min free training on what could be going wrong if you aren’t making the progress you are looking for!
We’ve worked with nearly every trade, in every market of the US. Guys brand new and guys at 5 Mill +.

Revenue is a vanity metric if there’s nothing left to show for it.
We’ve seen plenty of contractors doing seven figures who are buried in debt, barely turning a profit, and stressing every time payroll comes around.
Meanwhile, there’s a guy doing $500K a year, putting $200K in his pocket, taking care of his family, and building real financial freedom.
Who would you rather be?
Stop chasing a number just so you can tell people you run a million dollar company. Build a business that actually makes you money.
Most trade business owners are not good at business / lazy and I’ll prove it
I asked 250 of them in a room to stand up. Two questions later, 249 were sitting down.
The trades aren’t competitive. You’ve just been lied to 🧵
That’s the opportunity.
It has never been easier to win in the trades:
Get 1 review a week.
Post 1 job a week.
Keep it up for a year.
You’ll pass 90% of your market without a single “secret.”

Boye Mafe has completely looked the part of a No. 1 pass rusher. Impacting games in so many ways. You can give him seven points there for getting the Bengals the ball back.
Got $50K sitting in your business account? Don’t rush to buy another truck, piece of equipment, or hire another crew.
More equipment and more employees don’t automatically mean more money.
Before you add more capacity, focus on building your brand, generating leads, and getting booked out with higher-paying jobs.
The goal isn’t to look like a bigger business. It’s to build a more profitable one.
I think the reason so many people can’t find good labor is they forgot to build the foundational brand that attracts it. Great people don’t want to work for small businesses with non existent brands and bad leaders

The worst distractions look exactly like productivity. Reorganizing the project board, tweaking the logo, answering every email right away. It feels like progress because you're busy, but nothing that pays the bills moves. Ask what actually grows the business, and do that first.

30 days of consistency can change your year. A year of consistency can change your life.
Consistency is everything.
