Nearly two months after his arrest, Erfan Nabian remains "disappeared." The Islamic Republic’s security forces refuse to provide any information regarding his whereabouts or health.
Erfan was abducted in Isfahan on February 24, 2026. Despite his family’s daily inquiries to the judiciary and intelligence agencies, they have been met with total silence. He is being denied his basic rights including phone calls, family visits, and access to legal counsel.
The lack of transparency and continued enforced disappearance puts Erfan at high risk of torture and forced confessions.

🚨⚠️ ANOTHER EXECUTION AT DAWN
Mehdi Farid, 48 years old, a political prisoner and former employee of the Atomic Energy Organization, was executed today after years of judicial maneuvering and fabricated charges.
Arrested in early 2023, Mehdi was initially sentenced to 10 years in prison. However, in a second trial at Branch 23 of the Revolutionary Court, his sentence was increased to death on charges of "spying for Israel."
State media is labeling him a "Mossad spy" to justify his murder, using forced confessions regarding his access to sensitive data. The regime is clearing out prisons under the cover of internet darkness.

Arrested on January 14, 2026, when 30 armed agents raided his home without a warrant. During the violent raid, agents assaulted Mohammadreza and terrorized his family, including his 85-year-old grandmother.
He now faces a long list of heavy charges, including "collusion with the Zionist regime" and "conspiracy against the state," in connection with the January protests. These fabricated charges put him at imminent risk of a death sentence.
After 30 days of psychological torture, he was forced to sign "confessions" under the false promise of release. He is currently held in Kerman Prison.

🚨⛓️ Arrest of Mohammad Parsa Golchin Along With 17 Other Students
Mohammad Parsa Golchin, a literature student at the University of Tehran, is currently in detention following a brutal raid on a private gathering in Mashhad.
On April 11, 2026, armed agents raided a reunion of 18 former SAMPAD classmates who were meeting with their former teacher. The students were severely beaten and arrested.
While others have since been released, Mohammad Parsa remains in custody. He is being charged with "assembly and collusion against national security"; his exact location and condition remain unknown.

Mahboube Shabani, 33 years old, is facing the death penalty for the "crime" of helping others.
She was violently abducted by 5 male agents and 1 female agent on February 2, 2026, and is currently held in Vakilabad Prison, Mashhad. 🚨⚠️ ANOTHER FABRICATED CASE: 4 AT RISK OF EXECUTION
The Islamic Republic’s judicial system continues to issue heavy sentences for protesters. Judge Iman Afshari of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court has sentenced four citizens to death in connection with the January 2026 protests.
Mohammadreza Majidi Asl, Bita Hemmati, Behrouz Zamani Nejad, and Kourosh Zamani Nejad have been sentenced to death on charges of "operational actions for the hostile government of the U.S. and hostile groups." In addition to the death penalty, they each received 5 years in prison and the total confiscation of their assets. A fifth defendant, Amir Hemmati (Bita's brother), was sentenced to over 5 years in prison.
Mohammadreza and Bita are a married couple, and Behrouz and Kourosh are relatives who were arrested together in their residence. The court cited participating in rallies on January 8 and 9, chanting slogans, and unproven claims of "throwing incendiaries" as evidence. The verdict provides no specific documentation or individual evidence for these life-threatening charges.

Mohammadreza Majidi (38 years old), his wife Bita Ali Hemati, and his brother-in-law Amirmohammad Ali Hemati, have been sentenced to death on the grave charge of “moharebeh” in a rushed, unfair, and expedited judicial process.
On the night of January 9, 2026, at 3:00 a.m., security forces violently raided their family home, arresting all three with extreme force and without any prior warning or judicial warrant.

Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, the head of the Judiciary, has escalated his threats against the Iranian people every week in April, effectively declaring a judicial war:

📍 April 7: He demanded that judges "accelerate the issuance of death sentences and the confiscation of property," urging that these executions be widely publicized to instill fear.
📍 April 13: Ejei officially declared a "War-Time Arrangement," stating the judiciary will no longer follow normal legal rules, but will operate under "war-time protocols" to eliminate dissent.

Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei: The Most Misogynistic Judge in History.
Wherever there is a record of suppression, state-sponsored murder, or systemic corruption in the history of the Islamic Republic, the name Mohseni-Ejei is present. He began his career as a brutal 1980s interrogator under whom many died from direct torture.
As Head of the Judiciary since 2020, he has overseen the systemic brutality caught on leaked Evin Prison footage. Ejei is the regime's "fixer," acquitting those who raped protesters and burying the files of victims like Sattar Beheshti and Zahra Kazemi.
After January 2026 Massacre, he has fast-tracked the "maximum penalty" for over 53,000 detainees.
