New in GridOps 🚀
Fleets: GridOps used to run your GitHub Actions runners only on the box it’s installed on. Now it can spread them across all your machines (Mac, Linux, Windows): enroll each with a one-time code and every runner lands on whichever machine has room.
Fix Agent: when a job fails, it works on the failing commit in a sandbox and opens a draft PR with the fix, or tells you why it isn’t a code problem.

What started off as a simple idea has actually come to life 🙌🏾
Each of the group chat members can now bring their own @NousResearch agents to partake in the group chat. Built on top of Campfire by @37signals.
Bonus features include a mini walkable office with proximity chat, voice & video calling, screen sharing and soon lofi radio for those focus blocks.
Built in a total of 6 hours using Hermes desktop and Grok 4.6

Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners are not hard because of the first container or single runner.
They get hard when capacity drifts, jobs queue silently, a host fills disk, logs disappear, or a busy runner gets replaced mid-job.
GridOps is a self-hosted control plane for runner pools: GitHub App auth, Docker and Apple Silicon macOS runners, queue-aware autoscaling, resource guardrails, runner logs, workflow/job controls, and a reconciler that keeps desired state honest.
Fresh update: runner diagnostics, an SLO dashboard, and disaster-recovery restore docs.
For teams that want self-hosted runners without turning CI into a pile of scripts.

Why pay for tiny Mac utilities when you can get them from me?🤣

Hello @EcoCashZW, @econetzimbabwe when are you going to post the postmortem report of your security breach?

I wanna talk so much about why apps fail after launch.
I’m going through an amazing business journey but I feel like I should just shut up and let the work talk.
