Shout to @GeekSquad and @BestBuy managers and employees for turning around a bad situation and solving a complex situation.

The manager of @GeekSquad reached out and scheduled an appt next week. He was very kind on the phone. Remember to always be kind to customer service people. I think it sucks social media is the only way to get out of the run around loop at big companies.

Shoutout to John Taylor at @UPS who serves the Jackson, MI T-Mobile location. John is a friendly constant in our day-to-day, and his reliability and kindness make a real difference. We miss him when he’s on his holiday route—thank you for the outstanding service!
