On my train to Swindon, a lad sat down with a big bag. Out of his bag came a toaster. Then a loaf of bread, he added two slices & turned it on. Then a plate, knife, butter & marmite. He had his breakfast. That’s how to train travel in style on the cheap. #CarriageConfessions
This is social community management at it’s best. Spent the last 10 minutes chuckling at @innocent’s replies ❤️
NUTTERLY DISAPPOINTING NEWS
We're sad to say that our dairy free range will be leaving shelves in the next few weeks.
We know some of you really love our coconut, hazelnut and almond drinks, so we wanted to say a big thanks for buying them. We really appreciate all five of you.

ALT This is a photo of our three dairy alternative drinks on our heaven shelf. The shelf is dotted with clouds across the walls. And each of the drinks has its own set of wings and a halo. It's a bit much if we're honest but it does do a good job of telling you that our dairy free range will no longer exist. Farewell old friends. We hardly knew you.
On why women start 45% of companies but only get 2.4% of funding, @davidhornik:
“Men have more confidence for absolutely no reason.”
Nailed it.

Be a painkiller, not a vitamin.
Since launching in 2019 @deployed have won the Melinda Gates Female Founders Award, working with early adopter enterprise clients who spend over $6B collectively on Statements of Work, and just closed a $4m fundraise. So, how did they do it? 👇
Here are our top takeaways from the conversation with Emma Rees:

I’ve lost count of the number of founders who have told me that finding a marketer who understands their business well enough to create content has been a challenge.
In this situation, remember that as a founder you are the sector expert and your marketer is the marketing expert. Work with your marketer on a content plan structure, so that you can give guidance on the content that they can then refine.
If you work in a niche industry, how have you approached marketing resource?
