Luis Enrique often rests his stars in the early-middle part of the season, so that they arrive to the late part of the season in TOP SHAPE, and not tired or injured.
José is now implementing a workload and rest management plan: it's not just rotations during matches, it also includes days off and special measures to allow some players to disconnect, recover, and rest mentally.
