It's shocking to see 'low-wage care workers' portrayed as a drain on the welfare state. They're doing essential jobs and the only reason they claim benefits is that the fat cat private equity bosses that own care homes don't pay them enough to live on.

The Genocide in Gaza is entering its final stages, after the 'ceasefire' Palestinians were given 50% of Gaza.
That has now been reduced to just 15% and Israel are mass bombing INSIDE that 15%.

Thank goodness for senior consultants like @parthaskar standing up for patient safety. As a living donor and peer advocate, I know "available" means nothing when an unconscious patient crashes. We need a proper, fully qualified doctor directly doing the job, not shortcuts. ๐๐ฉบ

All of his cabinet, they are all corrupt. It is just disgraceful.โ
This is how every American should feel btw. This administration will go down as the most corrupt, the most divisive and one of the worst in history.
