At my current pace, it will take 165,284 months (about 13774 years) to achieve my goal 😅

My prediction is that WordPress will lose a significant amount of market share over the coming years. Shopify will still have its place, but if it embraces AI-native tools, much of its app store could become redundant. If it doesn't build an AI-native app builder, I believe another e-commerce platform eventually will. I think we all need to be honest with ourselves.

How many of us have looked at a $10/month subscription and thought, "I could just vibe-code this myself"? Now, what makes us think WordPress users won't have that exact same thought? Small business owners don't care about WordPress, plugins, or page builders. They want a website that brings in customers without the complexity.

That's exactly why I'm building CloudRelay.ai: to help small businesses create simple, AI-powered websites that don't just look good but actually help them win more customers. The shift is coming, whether we like it or not.

I tried this X thing; it failed, sort of. Takeaway: it's great to connect with like-minded individuals. I offered to pay @RobbyFrank for advice he gave me for free; there are some amazing people in this world. I'll still stick around I think but will stick to YouTube and post here when I have something meaningful to share.

Marc Lou just did the Coolify playbook on newsletters. Got tired of Beehiiv raising prices → built a free open-source alternative → launched a cheap hosted version. I’m taking a similar approach with CloudRelay for local businesses (roofers, plumbers, etc.): Free website build (no big upfront design fee) $45/mo managed site that actually generates enquiries Upsell into a full lead + booking + invoicing system ($197–297/mo) Open source first worked for him. Free build → managed site → higher-value system is the version I’m running.
I vibe-coded beehiiv, and it's 83% cheaper. ✨✨ Introducing MailCheap.ai ✨✨ Everything you need to run a newsletter... ✍️ Editor 📅 Scheduling 📈 Stats 🌐 A website for every issue 🛡️ Deliverability guardrails 🔗 Send from your own domain (and keep your reputation) And it's not a dinosaur tool: + It's open source; you can run it for free + It's agentic; everything in the UI is available to your AI Import from beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp in 2 minutes. You pay for the emails you send, not for dormant subscribers. From $19/month. Oh, and no "Powered By" badge at the bottom of your emails.

WordPress is dead. At least, that's what the data keeps saying. But after 17 years in the WordPress business, I think something much more interesting is happening...

Does the amount of followers you have equate to the reach you get on here?

Brian here. I'm building CloudRelay while working as an Amazon delivery driver. CloudRelay helps small businesses get online with websites, booking, automated texts and lead management. I'm documenting my journey from finding customers to figuring out what works. Lets connect

If you are an agency owner, you can use cloudrelay.ai/agencies to build a system that helps your clients get leads and streamline their workflow.

I made $45 in September from cloudrelay.ai. Still driving for Amazon between builds, so every signup gets looked at by hand.
I made $217,071 in September 2026. 💪 HYROX — $112K ⭐️ TrustMRR — $53K 📈 DataFast — $31K 🧑‍💻 CodeFast — $7K 🐥 Twitter — $7K 🏴‍☠️ Ship or Die — $3K ⚡️ ShipFast — $2K 🍜 Indie Page — $685 🕵️‍♂️ Stalkr — $319 🎞️ YouTube — $263 🦐 SuperShrimp — $221 🌱 HabitsGarden — $143 🧾 Zenvoice — $138 🚀 LaunchViral — $129 🛡️ ByeDispute — $97 📚 WorkbookPDF — $67 💩 PoopUp — $9 ✂️ Margin: 90% The HYROX experiment hyrox.marclou.com inflates this month's revenue, but it's the best month ever for my marketplace TrustMRR.com ($53K) and my SaaS DataFa.st ($31K). I do everything solo, and I'm not going to lie, I'm fucking proud of myself. Since I was a kid, I've been told to focus on one thing. I find that boring. I want to play and try a bunch of things. I never felt confident because nothing really worked out for 7 years. I ended up being average at everything: coding, marketing, design... But building 37 startups (marclou.com) taught me something far more important: resilience, discipline, and optimism. Over the past decade, those skills have compounded. I now run a tiny portfolio of startups making $1M+/year, sleep 8 hours a night, work out 2 hours a day, and spend plenty of time with my wife. Anything is possible if you're hungry. Believe in yourself.

I'm 35, SaaS founder. Building CloudRelay.ai, the toolkit for small businesses to launch a website, follow up automatically, get more bookings and get paid. Doing it while driving for Amazon on the side. Looking to connect with builders, AI enthusiasts and agencies
