There is a critical bug in Twitter that allows hackers to gain full access to your account by simply clicking a link
They can tweet, retweet, like, block, etc, except change your password
Until it's fixed, protect yourself by installing uBlock Origin

7/ Other questions on my mind
-allocation/welfare impact of privacy gadgets
-considerations on consensus, latency, more on side channels & robustness
-design trade-offs on how to implement: separate L1, some kind of L2, and how these change with MEV distribution across domains

✨Last week, we released TolyGPT.com, a documentation chatbot trained on the @solana validator codebase.
Today, we're introducing Autodoc (@autodoc_) — an experimental toolkit for auto-generating technical documentation from git repositories using LLMs, like GPT-4.
TLDR: github.com/context-labs/auto…
Autodoc is a CLI tool that can be installed in your repo in about 5 minutes. It indexes your codebase to create documentation that describes the different components of your system and how they work together. This documentation lives in your repo and travels with your code. Developers who download your code can use the doc command to ask questions about your codebase and get highly specific answers with references back to code files. Documentation can be re-indexed on git push, so it’s always up-to-date.
It may be helpful to think of Autodoc as a modern approach to man pages.
Autodoc is free, open-source, and fundamentally driven by the community.
The next generation of tools for code analysis, exploration, and modification must be put freely into the hands of builders.
Our mission is to empower developers with cutting-edge technology delivered on their own terms, not locked behind an opaque walled garden.
Autogenerated documentation saves developers time and knocks down barriers to contributing to unfamiliar codebases. This is powerful on its own, but our full vision extends much further into the future and includes things like:
1. Security analysis
2. Performance analysis
3. Tech debt analysis
4. Changeset suggestions for improving the items above
5. Codebase translation (convert an entire Python repo to Rust)
6. Autonomous software development agents
Ultimately, the community will decide where this project goes and what takes priority.
This is such an exciting time to build software. We're truly in the midst of groundbreaking advances that have the potential to push software development forward in ways barely imaginable just a few years ago.
If you're excited about the Autodoc vision, here are three things you can do:
1. Check out the Autodoc GitHub. Leave a star while you're there :)
2. Join our Discord and start contributing
3. Install Autodoc in your codebase. It takes 5 minutes.
We appreciate your help. Some of these things may seem small, but they go a long way toward making our vision a reality.
If you run an open source project and are interested in experimenting with Autodoc, please DM me on Twitter or Discord.
I'll be in Discord hanging out and answering questions the rest of the day. Come say hi!
As always, we stand on the shoulders of giants like @langchain, @openai, and many more.
