a couple of new followers, i think, so head's up on two things:
1. i do interact with nsfw, kink and, additionally, dddni content.
2. i do discuss ai within fandom, including research, tells, and opinions.
i'll go into more details below, but: unfollow me if either bothers you.
hey quick psa if you've recently sent me gimmicks asking if one fic or another are ai - and i've gotten a few - i'm not answering publicly anymore for ~reasons (someone will say i got tired of engagement farming). my dms are open though so i will try and reply if i can!

when jacob films the ice puck hit scene and makes it super gritty with horror music and big scary lighting so we all know that Ilya is Evil. That Shane Could've Died

One thing I do enjoy about Kitchen Nightmares is that Gordon loves to gossip with the hostesses. He lovesss to get them to talk shit with him
sometimes i remember that virtually no one responsible was punished for the 2008 market collapse and i get angry all over again
the entire santi/peccatori line is so good you guys. like. i've been thinking about these scents once a day for more than a week now

the “tlg critical” tag + similar tags were born out of constant misrepresentations of the events of the book. the issue is not that they are ooc lmfao every fandom is subject to ooc fanfic.. it’s that these are being framed as corrections to canon by the writers & readers
yeah i do think there's a difference between works that, say, trivialise domestic violence by having characters regurgitate fandom wank with no real care for the issues at hand vs works that tackle them with nuance *even* when they're written from the viewpoint of the abuser.
you write a fic in which hollanov are in an abusive relationship, but that's not 'tlg critical'. that's a transformative body of work.
