A shrug followed, as if learning ballet were a minor inconvenience for her. “I was avoiding it at first, but I suppose it’s never too late to learn. I’ll read the script first before deciding whether to embarrass myself professionally.”

Her attention drifted toward Jade, a small, knowing smile settling on her lips.
“I’m sure Jade enjoyed the performance, too. I honestly didn’t want to get too close to her that day. Who knows what she’d make me eat if I stayed long enough?”

The actress barely had time to settle into her seat before Aly arrived, and Jade's enthusiastic greeting made it rather difficult to miss the newcomer.

"HII! How are you? Oh my god, sorry ngayon lang." She giggles and sat beside them. "So, what tea are we having today, mhm?" Aly asks, her eyebrows wiggling playful and laughs.
