MalinBridge CodeClub

For the past few months we've been working with #microbits and micropython to simulate firefly communications. We've been using radio module to send signals and trigger random auto responses from the #microbits. We were so excited with our first results!

It's been nearly 7 years since I started leading my #codeclub at Malin Bridge Primary in Sheffield. We now have a great bunch of 16 scratch and python young coders on board!

Just submitted our projects for @CodeClub festive competition. Keeping fingers crossed! #festivecompetition

Thank you very much my fellow #codeclubers for a year of coding fun and passion. Good luck in your coding adventures

Amazing night today at @MalinBridge1 To get such a t-shirt from my pupils... Wow. Really motivating. #codeclub really works miracles a

We're learning about encryption today by using Caesar cipher.

Restarting our club after summer holiday. We're gonna start ambitious with python and then look into microbits when they arrive

Just applied for a set of #bbcmicrobit for our club. I can sense a few new projects starting up in the new school year! Thanks @codeclub!

Again! Congrats to @MalinBridge1 team and thanks for the privilege to work with you! codemakewin.org.uk/news/shef…
