Finally resolved the SSL issue and will be installing the new cert today. cc:@maltapp

Our SSL cert has expired and although it was renewed on the 20th there is something wrong with the new one. This means the API is broken. – at Duboce Triangle, San Francisco

Having some hiccups on the server. It should clear up in an hour. It might get worse before it gets better. You never can tell.
