TP53mut LBCL outcomes by tx modality @cduarte8490 @e_JHaem: - 183 pts, 78% DLBCL, 58% stage IV, 72% extranodal dz, 75% int/high IPI - overall: 2-yr PFS 53%, OS 76% - no benefit escalated 1L CIT - no OS difference by 2L/3L approach - DHL: better 2L PFS w/ CAR - 3L CAR/ASCT better PFS in DLBCL TP53 status alone not enough as biomarker for tx-selection in LBCL.
