@NomeDaBarbarian Here's a thought for you: I've just changed job, from one where I sat at a desk with little opportunity for entering 'flow' and requiring the constant and changing use of my brain (due to either unexpected task changes or other interruptions) /1

I was incredibly unhappy at that job, for a variety of reasons. Not least of which the workflow (or lack of). I now stack shelves at a supermarket on nightshift and am enjoying it immensely. My mental health has improved dramatically over the last week or so of working. /2

You would think stacking shelves would be boring... Far from it. The time flies in. I start working, enter a flow state almost immediately, and next thing I know it's three hours later. In my mind this adds credence to the idea that I may have undiagnosed ADHD. Thoughts?

It's like a huge weight has been taken from me and there is room for hope again 😁
So, I told my other half that I was reading a book about the history of calculus for fun, and they looked at me like I was mad and burst out laughing. I don't mind, but was wondering if anything similar had happened to anyone else. :)
