ALT Image is a four-panel strip featuring Oikawa at different ages: as a child, showing a bright, gap-toothed grin to the camera; in middle school, throwing a smirk over his shoulder; in high school, turned away and celebrating but with his smile still visible in profile; and as an adult, back toward the camera to show the name and number on his national team jersey, holding up one finger as if ready to lead. The panels are all coloured in progressively lighter shades of blue to match his Argentine-blue uniform. Below this strip, a single drawing of Iwaizumi, mostly from the back, but glancing quietly over his shoulder.
