Here are some lessons I learned as an introverted founder in start up/tech.

The biggest secret I've learned about creating billion-dollar companies is that the best ideas look like bad ideas at first. If everyone agrees with you, youβre too late.
When we try to have all the answers, it prevents us from truly experiencing the gift of life which includes curiosity, vulnerability, and happiness.
The best way to not waste time when building a company is realizing that you cannot make everyone happy.

I wasn't into...
β’ Investing, until I worked at Goldman.
β’ Latin America, until I built there.
β’ Cannabis, until I ran a PE fund.
β’ Boring biz's, until I saw the cashflow.
You have no idea what youβll be into, until you try it.
So just go try.
