Now that v1 of isolation is in ayb, next up is backup/restore! I wrote up a plan for it including tools I researched like @litestreamio and @tursodatabase's libSQL bottomless backups: github.com/marcua/ayb/issues…

Highlights include: support for web frontends, tenant isolation for databases (!!!), the client saving API tokens, user profiles, and various testing improvements and bugfixes.
For the past year, @B12 has alternated between hackathons (making new stuff) and maintainathons (improving existing stuff). It's been rewarding to see how self-motivated and self-directed work can be applied in both contexts. We've written about it here: b12.io/blog/maintainathons-a….
Structurally, maintainathons and hackathons are similar in that they are 2-day open-ended events where B12ers work on anything they want. We motivate them differently, and the results are VERY different in terms of participation, team size, and quantity/scope of outcomes.
