Truly demonstrating his legacy that he was never ever fit to have held the office of President of the United States

Proud of New Jersey for standing up against the Trump Administration to protect people's health care.

The roof of this Upper West Side water tank was removed earlier today, destroying an active nest of the well-known Barn Owl family that lived there, despite federal and state laws protecting such nests. The DEC is on site to investigate.

Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

Arlington National Cemetery is a solemn reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made by generations of Americans in defense of our country, and to have it overshadowed by one man's ego project is a disgrace.
President Trump's planned 250-foot-tall arch would cast shadows on many graves and monuments in nearby Arlington National Cemetery, the @washingtonpost's 3-D analysis found.
On some days, Trump's arch would even shade the grave and eternal flame of JFK.

If Darline Graham won’t answer our questions or show up to speak with voters now, imagine how fast she’ll disappear into the Washington swamp if she’s elected to a six year term in the Senate.

We lost one of the greats of stage and screen today. And, in my book, a tremendous friend and man. I learned so much from him. I will miss you, Patrick Stewart, all of my days. @mang0ld

Despite being one of the most recognizable Shakespearean performers in the world, Sir Patrick remained deeply connected to Stratford-upon-Avon and the RSC throughout his career. His contribution to our company is beyond measure. Our thoughts go out to his family at this time.

Mel Brooks on how Alfred Hitchcock reacted after seeing the premiere of “High Anxiety” (1977): “‘High Anxiety' premiered on December 25, 1977. At that premiere screening, Hitch sat right next to me. I had my own high anxiety awaiting his reaction. He didn’t laugh. He just sat and he watched. He only broke up once. When the birds let go and plastered me with their droppings, then I could see his shoulders shaking. When the film was over, he got up and walked out. He didn’t say he liked the picture. He didn’t say he hated the picture. He didn’t say anything. He just left. I was devastated. And really worried. Not long after, when I came into the office, there on my desk was a huge box covered with silver paper and red ribbon. I tore the paper open and underneath was an impressive wooden case with a label that read: CHATEAU HAUT BRION 1961. I opened it to see six big, beautiful magnums of Chateau Haut Brion 1961. A priceless gift of one of the finest wines ever made. There was a note:
"My dear Mel,
What a splendid entertainment, one that should give you no anxieties of any kind.
I thank you most humbly for your dedication and I offer you further thanks on behalf of the Golden Gate Bridge.
With kindest regards and again my warmest congratulations.
--- Hitch"
When Trump started his war with Iran, 1,300 military family members had to flee Bahrain under missile fire. Now they can’t go back, and the Navy told them to find a new home somewhere in the US. Families are burning through savings, some tens of thousands of dollars, while they bounce between hotels and short-term rentals waiting on reimbursements that never seem to come.
This is the cost of a war no one planned how to end, or even properly begin.
