CBC/Radio-Canada has paused activities on its corporate and news Twitter accounts, after the social media platform put a "government-funded media" label on its @CBC account, in its latest move to stamp public broadcasters with designations. cbc.ca/news/world/cbc-twitte…

This fantastic group from @OfficialCottfn reminded me today why radio is awesome. They came for a tour as they prep to hit the airwaves. @LondonMorning @RebeccaZandberg had a few tips but so many great ideas here! #radioisfun
When your mum acts like a teenager meeting @WilliamPrince at the @HomeCountyFest She’ll be buzzing for days! #greatshow #ldnont

While still surprised @chrisdelatorre is leaving us, this was the best surprise!
Today, CBC London says farewell to @CBCAfternoonDr host @chrisdelatorre. The @HBBeal choir surprised Chris with their rendition of 1979 by @SmashingPumpkin, his favourite band. Watch the full performance: cbc.ca/player/play/202835923…
I met @chrisdelatorre when we opened @CBCLondon five years ago. What an incredible colleague and friend. Onward! Just don’t stop with your music picks, ok? My house needs them. cbc.ca/1.6410555
Surprise pop up art in Thames Park this morning. Anyone know the artist? There’s an “N” as a signature. #Ldnont
We don't like to be the focus of stories. But you might appreciate knowing what journos are experiencing at convoy protests. I covered the #LdnOnt protest Sat. I've got thick skin. Good thing. @brodiefenlon wrote this today. If you see us, be kind. cbc.ca/1.6343672
I work with the best people in #LdnOnt. Want to join @CBCLondon? We're hiring a multiplatform newsreader. Check out the posting here: cbc.radio-canada.ca/en/worki…
Get your demo together. @CBCWindsor has a position that rarely comes along: Morning show host! Check the details here. cbc.taleo.net/careersection/…
Any doubts? Read this from a colleague.
Some personal news: After almost two years of avoiding this whole #COVID19 thing, I finally got it. Almost certainly omicron. I'm double-vaccinated, yet I've had symptoms for nearly a week. 🧵
Anyone in #ldnont know about this? Spotted Sat on Sunningdale/Vanneck. Looks like Boer War attire?

Thank you @chrisdelatorre for sharing your passion and knowledge about audio storytelling with #MMJC7daysaweek students. One of my favourite tips he shared: Your best question in an interview often comes from listening to the answer to your last question. @WesternuFIMS @CBCLondon

We just learned that Conservative candidate for Essex @ChrisLewisEssex has cancelled his zoom speech that was scheduled if results were announced tonight due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ but we can expect a statement from him.

Feeling nostalgic! @KatGeorgieva going live for @CBCWindsor and she is smooth! I was not a VJ and am jealous of her tech skills! #Windsor
